Visit Food Matters Live on Wednesday 22nd November for an afternoon session on ‘Improving Nutrition and Hydration in the Workplace’. This includes Elaine Gardner, BDA Work Ready Dietitian presenting on ‘Snacking in the Workplace’.
She will look at the facts and figures behind snacking to check out the most popular snacking time, the most popular products and the changing role of snacks. Elaine will consider three key issues concerning snacking in the workplace and discuss how the BDA Work Ready Programme is supporting employers, their workforce and organisations to encourage healthy snacking habits.
The BDA Work Ready stand (number 7) is also available to visit and find out more about the dietitian-led, well-being programmes in the workplace.
